Allan Shotter is probably (btw: sometimes it's hard to get proper information about netlabel artists) the name of an electronic music project based in East London fusing various styles of Ambient/Electronica/IDM. Their first public release is the EP Fallen Fleet that brings deep and strange detuned sounds, many clicks and beeps and decent drums. I really love their tracks. Go for it and have a listen!
